This Site

I started this site ten years ago, in 2007, after I had been dealing with migraines for a long time. You can read that story by clicking Next Article: My Story below. I’ve started writing here again, in 2017, after having gone through the struggle of chronic pain once more with a new diagnosis of SUNCT (Short-lasting unilateral neuralgiform headache with conjunctival injection and tearing).

My hope is that what I’ve found useful in dealing with pain using exercise will be helpful to you as well.
